Using a mix of corrective exercise and functional strength training, we will work together to optimize your health and fitness goals. 
Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve mobility, improve endurance, and/or relieve stress - I will create a program that is designed specifically for you. 
Our bodies can surprise us when we dial in on the importance of proper sleep, nutrition and daily movement. I would love to help you realize your own strength and feel like the best version of you!


Pre/Postnatal Training

As a Fit For Birth Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, I will help you gain functional strength, reduce stress, reduce pregnancy discomfort and labour complications, and ultimately help you increase energy for your new journey ahead!
We will focus on proper breathing techniques, strengthening of your core & pelvic floor, labour training, Diastasis repair, and functional strength training. There are so many health benefits to PPNT, and I would love to work with you to create a positive experience for you and your baby!


Group Ex

Group Fitness is where my true passion is! I run several series throughout the year where you can sign up and commit to a number of classes, featuring the workout of your choice. I specialize in a variety of classes, including Insanity Live, PiYo Live, Zumba Fitness, and my own personalized bootcamp called Sweat It Out! My classes are open to everyone, and there are always modifications and progressions to choose from.
I take great pride in creating a space full of energy and positive support, and it would be amazing if you can join us for the next class! 


Corporate Wellness

The Work It Out @work programs have been co-designed from a physical movement perspective, supporting and encouraging a holistic and functional approach to employee wellbeing. Our programs include interactive seminars, wellness coaching, and group fitness programming.
As we highlight the importance of creating a healthy routine and using preventative exercise for daily movements, our primary goal is to coach your staff toward movement, mindset, and mobility maintenance in the workplace!
